We guarantee for all our items that they will last for life and they cannot be damaged unless on purpose. That is why we give a lifetime warranty on any kind of damage expect on wear and tear signs. If by any chance an item gets damaged you can contact us and send it back, we will make it a top priority to fix it and send it back as soon as possible.
We try to give the most accurate description, with many picture. So please before you buy be sure that you want the item you see. If a custom order is in question, I will do the same thing and if you don't like it is better to decline or to tell us what to change on it before we ship it. For any additional information on any item you can always contact us.
Customers have a 2 day period upon receiving their item during which, if they are dissatisfied with their purchase in any way, they can contact us and return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges; buyer is responsible for return shipping. After this, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds on custom orders. All items must be in unused condition when returned.
How do I return something?
To start a return, first contact us in any way you wish to. Best would be via email or contact form on our website. If the item is eligible for a return we will provide further information and an address where you can send it. It is advised to use a shipping method which provides tracking but that is on your to decide, any shipping company works for us as long as the item arrives back.
Getting a refund
Once the item arrives back to us and we confirm that everything is as before shipping, we will issue a full refund within 5 business days. Shipping charges, return shipping charges and any other potential charges like customs are not refunded, only the full item price.
Items which can not be returned
It is really important to note that custom orders and custom made items, which are made per buyers request and instructions, are not possible to retun.
