We are always happy to accept a custom order. We like and really enjoy what we do so we don't find it hard to make customized items or make something completely new.

If you like one of or items but would like to, maybe, change the coloring you can just contact us and we would customize it for you. If you are not sure that something will work you can always ask us and we would be more than happy to help. If you have an idea for a completely new item and would like for us to make it, well that is also acceptable.

So if you have any special request or a nice idea for something, feel free to contact us. We like to make items which you will like and enjoy.

You can simply request custom order by clicking here or clicking on "Custom Order" in the menu. Also feel free to ask any questions you might have.

In order for us to fully understand what and how you want something made it is important to describe it with as much details as possible. Also, if required, send us pictures for pointers on the design or coloring.

If we understand everything correctly we will get back to you with the approximate time we will require to make it and the price. Upon which you can accept or refuse.

Pickguards, like most of the other goods in our shop, are handmade out of leather. We have a lot of different designs on different pickguards and it is possible to mix them around and alter any design for any shape. It is also possible to request a completely new and custom designs.

We offer pickguards for a certain number of guitars but if you don't see one for your guitar you can contact us. It is also possible to provide your own template based on which we can make a pickguard.

Acoustic pickguards do not come with any adhesive on the back and we only provide the leather. You can choose whichever method you prefer to apply it on your guitar. Pickguards for electric guitars come with hard backing which is made out of aluminum and is around 0.3 mm thick. The plate keeps the pickguards sturdy and on some guitars it helps a bit with electronics.

All of our items are shipped via DHL Express. DHL shipping times are around 3-5 business days most of the times but there are exceptions for certain zones. If you would like to know their exact estimate you can always contact us. Customs delays, if any, are not included in shipping times. All items shipped via DHL have tracking numbers worldwide. We try to process and ship all our items within 1-2 business days if, by any chance, the ordered item is already in stock. For more information on that please look at the next section.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs taxes in your country. Also before buying check if leather goods and/or tattoo machines are prohibited by your countries customs.

• Italy - Only pickguards are possible to ship to Italy

Most of the leather items in our shop made to order which means that they will be made when the order has been place. All of out items are completely handmade and because of that we do not stock items. By any chance if we have an item in stock it will be shipped in 1-2 business days if it does not require any kind of customization.

Here is an approximate time we need to make most of our items:

• Most small leather goods and pickguards require 3-5 days,

• Tattoo machines require 5-7 days,

• Motorcycle accessories like bags, seats and certain guitar straps require 7-14 days,

• Completely carved saddlebags require 14-21 days,

• Guitar bodies require up to 1-2 months depending on the wood used, model we are doing and tooling design required,

• For custom orders you will have to contact us.

All payments are processed through PayPal. That can assure you that all your private information is safe and we don’t have any contact with it. If you don't have PayPal, you can use PayPal direct checkout to pay with your card without making an account.

We guarantee for all our items that they will last for life and they cannot be damaged unless on purpose. That is why we give a lifetime warranty on any kind of damage expect on wear and tear signs. If by any chance an item gets damaged you can contact us and send it back, we will make it a top priority to fix it and send it back as soon as possible.

We try to give the most accurate description, with many picture. So please before you buy be sure that you want the item you see. If a custom order is in question, i will do the same thing and if you don't like it is better to decline or to tell us what to change on it before we ship it. For any additional info on any item you can always contact us.

Customers have a 2 day period upon receiving their item during which, if they are dissatisfied with their purchase in any way, they can return it for a full refund, minus shipping charges; buyer is responsible for return shipping. After this, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds on custom orders. All items must be in unused condition when returned.

Every leather item is individually made by hand. Which means that the leather is hand cut and that everything is hand stitched using waxed linen thread. Every item receives a lot of time and attention, especially the small details. To make the items look nicer we hand-tool leather, do pyrography on it and also print which is done by hand. On the non-leather items we try to apply same rules where we use only some tools and our bare hands. We believe in products that are all about the quality and not so much about the quantity. Know that you are buying a product that is hand crafted with a lot of effort and care, a product that will last for years.

We use only the best materials which we find locally in Serbia. We mainly use premium full grain leather which is vegetable tanned. For this reason our leather sometimes exhibits small scars and other markings from the animal's life, perfect imperfections that form part of the story. Full grain leather is the highest grade leather available. It is made from the outer part of the animal’s hide, the strongest part that protects it. Because of the leather we use, our items not only look nice and last long, they also get better with age.
